With a 125W TDP, you're paying in other ways.

A 2018 Celeron J4105I is a 10W part that's only fractionally slower than a 965BE but costs $6 a year to run instead of $60.



Oh for sure, the 4850e was purpose-built for low power when it was my daily driver. Now it only runs a few hours a week if that.

I should grab the meter and see if its idle power consumption changed much, though. Obviously it's not running hard most of the time...
